FULL FORCE of the U.S. Constitution

The Right to Fight: 250 Years Later

The Right to Fight: 250 Years Later

Two hundred fifty years ago, a group of ordinary people signed their names to a document that declared something no government on earth had ever conceded: power answers to the people, not the other way around. Today, Mitch Vexler and I sat down to talk about what that actually means in 2026. Not as a history lesson, but as a set of working tools. The United States remains the only country in the world where you have a legal right, built into the founding charter itself, to fight your own government and hold it accountable. Most people have never used that right. Most people have no idea how much force it carries when they do.

In this video, Mitch and I give you an update on the lawsuits we have each opened, and then we do something more important: we show you how to fight for yourself. You will watch us build two open records requests to two different municipalities, step by step, in real time. Then we show you how to put AI to work as your research partner, your drafting assistant, and your force multiplier, turning one determined citizen into something no corrupt official can handle.

This is why I am genuinely excited about where advocacy is headed. The tools that used to require a law firm and a war chest now sit on your desk. The Constitution gave you the standing. Technology just handed you the leverage. If you have ever watched corruption in your own backyard and wondered what one person could possibly do about it, this video is your answer. Watch it, share it, and then go file something.

Lets protect the constitution and fight corruption together.

Happy Independence Day!

Travis & Mitch
